Alright, so maybe I totally phoned it in last night, but isn't that what Fridays are for? Plus also, I was wearing my boots and it is hard to blog in those.

Now, pull up an ice block and lend an ear because I need to tell you about the most delicious dessert I have ever eaten.

This is the "smores" from Jer-ne at the Ritz Carlton Marina del Rey:

double fudge brownie, bruleed marshmallow, graham dust, chocolate marshmallow “fluff” ice cream, chocolate sauce

Me: Can I get the smores?

Server: It's not an actual smore though. It's more of a deconstruction of a smore.

Me: You mean I won't get sticky?

Server: Nope.

Me: Awesome. That is what I want.

YOU GUYS! It is so good. I had it on Tuesday and I still am thinking about it ALL THE TIME. The marshmallow is like the perfect combination of actual marshmallows and jarred marshmallow fluff. It's like the marshmallow in Ben & Jerry's Phish Food. I'm kind of picky about brownies, but this is the fudgy kind.

The portion is small which kinda sucks because of the price, but but but at least it didn't give me a tummy ache which it totally would have if was the size of regular restaurant desserts. They don't have the prices on the website (pet peeve) and I don't remember exactly how much it cost, but probably around $15. The place isn't cheap. But it is so so delicious.
