Oh dear
A) You should hit refresh a lot in order to see the Christmas banner. This post was totally supposed to be up before 8 am this morning to prevent me from getting kicked out of Holidailies.
B) I can't think of a way to make that sentence shorter.
C) I'd like to thank Starbucks for designing my blog for me. Also, Starbucks, don't sue me for ripping my blog off your store. I buy coffee everyday, you already own my soul and that's worth way more than my money. Really.
D) On Saturday we went and got a Christmas tree. You can read about that at Kathy's blog and even though the post is called "Operation Christmas Tree" I can assure you it had nothing to do with children or presents or sending shoeboxes to foreign countries. Also, it had nothing to do with Iraqi Freedom. But that should be no surprise here on this blog.
E) Yesterday I discovered NBC Rewind and watched all 10 episodes of Heroes. I love it.
F) The dogs are currently staging some sort of battle against all that is sane and normal and have not stopped licking their paws for 29 hours. Not only do I hear it in my sleep, but it WAKES ME UP FROM MY SLEEP OMIGOD PATRICK FOR THE LOVE PLEASE STOP.
I have some rage.
Merry Christmas.
Comments
Is that a cup? It looks much better than the ones I look at. And is this the orgami paper? Nice job.

Love the design. So festive!
And I am so sorry--I can't STAND it when dogs won't stop licking themselves. The sounds makes me insane. I recommend Hearos earplugs.

I dogsat once and the damn scoundrel would NOT stop licking himself.
All. Night. Long.
I lost sleep over it. Had nightmares. I cannot stand that sound!

The Vet says that it's allergic reaction to something - probably Christmas tree mold.
And when their fur turns pink, it's a chemical reaction between fur and saliva - so says the vet.

Sally, the banner is from a big poster. The border is from the cup sleeves.
Teej, I'm glad I'm not alone. I've resorted to keeping my head in my laptop with Heroes on real loud.
Shannon, I totally have nightmares. And I wake up and I have to debate between waking Kathy up so she can commiserate (yeah, no clue how to spell that) with me or letting her sleep because that's the nice thing to do.
Sally, Patrick's jowls and paws are discolored. It's so gross.

send that cute little discolored canine this away!

Did they really almost kick you out?

Sal, you'll totally have to fight complaining Kathy for him.
Emily, they said they were going to, but they didn't. Close call.
