Central Coast Censation: Day 2
Have fun.
Eat free food.
Learn a lot of Sufjan local lore.*
Here is the Salt Water Taffy place that once claimed a piece of local business owner Rick Russ's tooth. He thought it was bad taffy. He was wrong.
Pismo Beach is summer home to thousands of valley rats, residents of the Central Valley who ditch the armpit summer heat of Visalia, Fresno, Bakersfield, and surrounding areas for the cool breeze and ocean air of the Censational Central Coast.
Avoid awkward family moments.
(We only avoided the awkwardness once.)
Take pictures.
(Duh.)
Shop.
(It's a good thing Abigail can justify this with her birthday.)(It's a good thing Heather bought clothes so she won't be cold when she ends up on the streets.)
(lifting to come soon.)
*We were going to learn a Sufjan but then we forgot all the CDs. But, Amanda, we'll learn it all before the concert in October. Wooo!
More trip pictures at the Flickr set.
More to come.

Hey, Aaron and I are going to the Sufjan shindig in October as well. (I regret now that we didn't buy extra tickets - people on bubbs are searching.)
